Today I had raw shrimp sashimi 😋
It was so fresh that it had a crunchy texture ♪
It had a plump texture and a sweetness like sweet shrimp, so it was delicious ♡
I seasoned it with soy sauce garlic mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, gochujang sauce, salt sesame oil, ginger soy sauce, and lemon salt ✨
Sweet chili sauce, salt sesame oil, and lemon salt were new discoveries for me 😲
They all brought out the flavor of the raw shrimp and were delicious ♡
I ended up eating rice too ♡
This time I topped it with pickled egg yolk 🥚
I had a really cold beer 🍺
