夏のはじまり。部屋作りと料理を楽しむ暮らしの記録🍑|購入品紹介、プラムジャム、水餃子の作り方、炸醤うどん、ミートパイ|Japanese summer vlog

July, the beginning of summer. It’s been a hot and humid days. It’s been four months since we moved into this house. We started a new life from scratch. Little by little, new furniture and things that I have treasured for a long time have come together. And our room grows into a cozy room. I rearranged the room repeatedly to bring it to its current state. Look at the entire room from a distance and think about usability and interior placement. Then create a small favorite spot in the room. We aim to create spaces that are comfortable and easy to live in. Lunch before shopping. I don’t have rice or bread, so I’m going to make hotcakes. Colored peppers with no bitterness, thick meat and sweetness. You can bring out the sweetness even more by heating it. Peel the thick part of the asparagus with a peeler. Divide into bite-sized pieces. Grill the asparagus in a greased skillet. Colored peppers that burn easily. Remove when browned. The leading role is a frozen coarsely ground sausage. The sweetness of the vegetables and the umami from the sausages are enough to determine the taste. You can bring out the flavor of the ingredients by slow grill them. Fluffy finished hot cake 🥞. I like the combination of sweet and salty. I bought ripe plums at the supermarket. They are a little lacking in sweetness and sourness. So I decided to make jam. I was trying to remove the seeds before putting them in the pot. Overripe and difficult to cut. I’m going to boil it down whole. About 330g of plums including seeds. I added about 110g of sugar. Taste it as it boils down and adjust the amount of sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat while crushing the fruit. Remove the scum with a spoon. Stir occasionally to prevent burning and heat until thickened. (burnt… 🙂). The other side was beautifully burnt 🍞. The freshly made jam is thick and sweet and really delicious. I wanted to eat this jam, so I baked scones the next morning. Store in refrigerator. The sweetness is subdued and the moderate acidity is delicious. It’s already hot like midsummer. Sometimes it rains like it reminds me of the rainy season. I want to spend a summer that is neither hot nor humid. I bought tableware. A deep plate of Yusami ware. A plate with a cute flower pattern that fits perfectly on a piece of bread. Octagonal plate from Sakuzan kiln. I bought it in green and white. I want to eat boiled gyoza on a hot and humid day. Chop 1/4 cabbage. Sprinkle 1/3 teaspoon of salt and mix everything together. Prepare about 8 to 10 chives. Chop. About 10 g of ginger. Cut into small pieces. Squeeze the water out of the cabbage. About 150g of minced meat, 1 tablespoon of sake, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix it all together with a spoon. Preparing the Pepper Steak. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into strips. Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips as well. Thinly sliced beef seasoned with sake and soy sauce. Coat with potato starch and heat. Take out the meat once and stir-fry the potatoes and peppers in that order. Add beef again and season. Cooking sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken stock ingredients. My lover came home, so I’m going to wrap gyoza together🥟. Fold it in half and glue the ends together. The dumplings that are getting more and more finished are cute🥟. Add a little sesame oil to boiling water. Boil for about 4 minutes. Make a side dish. Put the bean sprouts in a bowl and heat in a 600w microwave for 2 minutes. Add the bean bean sprouts cut into easy-to-eat sizes and heat for an additional minute. Add mentsuyu and olive oil while still warm and mix well. It was boiled deliciously 🥟. A new plate fits 🥢. The instant spicy sauce made by my lover is delicious🔥. It was also delicious with yuzu pepper and ponzu🥟. I was hungry, but by the time I finished eating, I was full🥟. the next day. I use a little bit of leftover gyoza meats. Cut the cucumber into thin strips. Chop the shiitake mushrooms. Add sesame oil to a hot frying pan and add meat and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry well while loosening. When the fire goes through to some extent, stop the fire once and season. Add sweet soy sauce, chili bean sauce, sake, soy sauce, and potato starch and mix. Turn on the heat again, add 50cc of water, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes until thickened. Boil the lettuce in the same water you used to boil the udon. When it becomes soft, put it on a colander to drain the water. Add ponzu sauce, chili oil and roasted sesame seeds to the boiled lettuce. Mango-flavored vinegar is my favorite and I’ve been drinking it a lot lately🥭. The soy sauce udon is complete 🥢 Stir well. Meat miso and udon are entwined and it’s really delicious…! The refreshing feeling of the lettuce salad is just right. I found a very delicious meat pie recipe, so I will try it. The reference recipe is listed in the summary section. Fry the chopped onions and shimeji mushrooms in a frying pan. This time I used minced meat instead of ground beef. Add bread crumbs and eggs, season with ketchup and salt and pepper. Add the onions and shimeji mushrooms that were fried earlier and mix well. Line an 18 cm tart mold with frozen pie sheets. Summer is hot, so indoor thawing time is short and work hastily. Spread the meat evenly. Decorate with thinly cut pie sheets. This weaving process is so much fun! My lover is in charge of the milk soup 🍽 The table decoration is complete. The meat pie I made with excitement. I’m so happy that it’s delicious and delicious 🥰. It looks like it’s going to be fun even if you change the ingredients and seasoning 🥧. That’s it for this video. See you in the next video ✌︎
