I will win I know that for a fact May the best woman win you know we’re going to start very simple coconut white chocolate some oats the Wild Card butternut soup oh he knows I hate coconut I’m actually quite surprised that my ideas are not all over the place cuz normally they are I think he’s going to enjoy this cuz I know it’s his favorite my woly Dash order just arrived going to be a Butternut crem brulee with an oat strew so and a white chocolate and Sage whooped yogurt let’s do this my lovely assistant over here is going to start with our oat strel so what you’re going to do is we’re going to take equal parts of flour sugar and butter in this bowl please so now you’re going to rub everything together I’m just going to toast the Coconuts in this pan so what I’m going to do is Infuse my cream with this coconuts and a bit of vanilla to make my cre Brule okay so now what we’re going to do with this is that you’re going to pop it into a baking tray and we’re going to bake it for 10 minutes and then check it again and then finish it off for another 10 minutes we’re going to separate five eggs then we’re going to pop some sugar in here and we’re going to add our infused cream I’m going to add 50 g of the butternut soup to this now we whisk that why are you tasting my stuff bro and then we’re going to bake this in a bay Marie I want us to make a sage and white chocolate whipped yogurt heat up about 100 G of cream Infuse a little bit of sage in that I’m going to take some white chocolate pieces or right over Darren you’re going to have the hot job of mixing this watching me so now I’m going to pour this into our yogurt and we’re going to let that sit in the fridge now it’s time to brulee the cream brulee see what I did there I hope the button that comes out the way you envisioned it because I’m a bit scared I’m not going to lie to you after I taste the draw meal I’m a bit worried smells like caramel M wow M that’s what the doctor ordered [Music]
