let’s make a seafood boil I’ve got these massive king crab legs this time also I have tiger prawns lobster tails Muses and hippies bring some water to a boil add in some old based seasoning Cajun seasoning bay leaves garlic onion squeeze in some lemon juice and add in the wedge too add in our potatoes and our corn let’s prepare our seasonings while that’s boiling add some Cajun seasoning Old Bay Seasoning smoked pepra lemon pepper kayenne pepper garlic powder onion powder oregano and some brown sugar add in the seas food oh my gosh does it even fit let that boil for 5 minutes see our sausage in a pan strain all of that seafood broth out make sure you save this add in our sausage optional some hard boiled eggs add in SS of butter garlic our seasonings and some lemon juice remember that seafood broth we sa from before we’re going to add some into our sauce pour the rest in my Seafood this is insane this looks so good

Ingredients:
600g (1 cluster) king crab legs
2 lobster tails, halved
500g prawns
500g mussels
200g smoked sausage
4 corn cobbettes
4 baby red potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs

Seafood broth:
4.5L water
4 bay leaves
1/2 cup (or 75g) old bay seasoning
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced in wedges
6 garlic cloves, pressed

Sauce:
500g (2 blocks) unsalted butter
8 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp old bay seasoning
2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp oregano leaves
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 cup seafood broth (from previous step)
