    As we already heard many times in our lives, carrots are good for vision. Carrots have vitamin A which is important for protecting against cancer, age related muscular degeneration and measles. They contain fiber, biotin(vitamin H), vitamin B6 and vitamin K1. They also balance your blood sugar, are great for weight management, lowers the risk of cancer, helps with blood pressure regulation, may reduce the risk of heart disease, supports immunity and may boost brain health. Vitamin C in carrots helps our immune systems to be healthy. The potassium in them helps in regulating our blood pressure. Red carrots contain carotenoid called lycopene. Lycopene has the potential to fight cancers like stomach, prostate, lung and breast cancer. Lycopene may also decrease the risk of heart disease. Orange carrots have lots of alpha- and beta- carotene. Alpha- and beta- carotene are antioxidant that our bodies convert to vitamin A. Raw carrots have a low glycemic index (blood sugar levels) and more vitamin C. Cooked carrots breaks down its thick cellular walls which makes the antioxidants easier to absorb.

    Coriander are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. They have many vitamins including vitamin A, C and K. Also contain folate, potassium and manganese. Promotes heart health, energy and healthy hair and skin. Good for skin health issues like acne or eczema. Coriander can also be used as a remedy for digestion.
