西日本ではその昔、サルトリイバラの葉で作るあんこが入った団子を柏餅と呼んでいたそうです。もちろんその昔時代の祖父母は地域性もあるのか、日頃からそう呼んでいます。スーパーで売られているいわゆるあの柏餅とは違いますね。
今日はこないだの動画【森と爺】であげたサルトリイバラを使って祖母と一緒に”柏餅”を作りました。

In western Japan, dumplings filled with red bean paste made from sarutoriibara leaves were called kashiwa-mochi in the olden days.
Today, I made “kashiwa mochi” with my grandma using the sartori ibara I mentioned in the video “walking in the little forest ” the other day.
