【1週間の献立】毎日食べても飽きない、白菜大量消費の平日ご飯🥬

“Salmon and Chinese cabbage chanchan-yaki, simmered hijiki and dried daikon radish, boiled egg, miso soup with tofu and green onions.” Seasonal Chinese cabbage that can be bought whole and cheap during the winter. This week is a week of Chinese cabbage menu that uses plenty of large Chinese cabbages. First up is the salmon chanchanyaki.

Cut the Chinese cabbage, onions, carrots, and shiso leaves. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the raw salmon, remove the moisture, and then grill. Combine equal amounts of miso, sake, and mirin. The approximate amount is listed in the summary section, so please refer to it ^^.

Once the salmon is browned on both sides, add the vegetables. Add the seasonings, cover and steam. Once the vegetables are cooked, mix them gently and it’s ready. Finish with colorful perilla leaves. I also recommend Chanchanyaki because you can eat plenty of vegetables, and you can also organize leftover vegetables in the refrigerator ^^.

“Mabo Chinese cabbage, tomato and salted kelp salad, spinach and carrot with sesame dressing, tofu and onion miso soup.” Today’s dish is Mapo Chinese cabbage, which uses plenty of Chinese cabbage instead of tofu. Separate the leaves and core of the Chinese cabbage. Finely chop the ginger, garlic, and white onion.

Stir-fry ginger, garlic, and white onion in sesame oil. When it smells fragrant, add the Sichuan bean sauce. My husband likes spicy food in our house, so we made it a little spicy. Add ground pork and stir-fry. Add the sake and stir-fry, then gradually add the Chinese cabbage and seasonings.

Remove only the core of the Chinese cabbage first. 200cc of water, 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon each of oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cane sugar, and 1 teaspoon of chicken stock. Boil for a while to let the flavors infuse.

In the meantime, I finished preparing the side dishes I had made in advance✌. Finally, add the Chinese cabbage leaves and simmer to evaporate the moisture. Adjust the seasoning, thicken with potato starch dissolved in water, and it’s ready ^^. The simmered Chinese cabbage is delicious^^.

It has a spicy flavor that goes well with the rice. “Chinese cabbage soy milk miso soup, bread.” Today’s menu is a soup that takes advantage of Chinese cabbage, which becomes limp and mushy when boiled . Heat olive oil in a pot and fry bacon and onions.

When it softens, add water and Chinese cabbage. 1 teaspoon of onion koji. (For consommé, it’s about half that amount). Let it simmer for a while. Once the Chinese cabbage is thick, add the same amount of soy milk and water (200cc).

Once you add the soy milk, lower the heat to low and be careful not to let it boil. Add 1 tablespoon of miso, season to taste, and serve. Finish with parsley and black pepper. A warm and gentle soup made with miso and soy milk ^^.

“Chinese cabbage and tofu sukiyaki, spinach and carrots with sesame dressing, sweet and sour pickled radish, and miso soup with wakame and onion.” Today, I made sukiyaki using pork sesame. Stir-fry the onions, add

200 cc of water, 2 tablespoons each of mirin and soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cane sugar. (If you like it sweeter, add 2 tablespoons of cane sugar as well). Add Chinese cabbage, firm tofu, and shimeji mushrooms and bring to a boil.

Once the tofu and Chinese cabbage have soaked up the flavor, add the meat. (Sorry for the bad weather and dark room, so the picture quality is poor💦). On those cold and rainy winter days, brighten up your mood with a floral-patterned container! ♪. A simple sukiyaki style flavor that everyone loves ^^.

On days when the weather is bad in the morning and you don’t feel like doing it, eat a warm meal and do your best throughout the day! . “Grilled Chinese cabbage with tonpei, simmered hijiki and dried daikon radish, pickled radish, and miso soup with tofu and shimeji mushrooms.”

Tonpeiyaki is usually made with pork and cabbage. Today, I used Chinese cabbage instead of cabbage and leftover minced pork from mapo. Stir-fry the minced meat with salt and pepper, then add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry. Set aside, clean the frying pan, and fry the eggs.

Place the ingredients on top of the egg and wrap it. The egg broke and I had a hard time, but I managed to make it work! (lol). Add sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes to your liking. The weather is suddenly getting warmer and colder, and it’s easy to get sick, so

Please take care of yourself ^^. Thank you for watching until the end.
