This time I would like to make a simple salad with only two ingredients: cabbage and chicken breast. In addition, this salad can be made and left over. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it.
Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Cabbage, white meat, salt, olive oil, mayonnaise, ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, dashi stock. 1/4 of a cabbage. Prepare approximately 250g to 300g For the larger pieces, two pieces should be enough.
I’m going to use bonito soup stock for seasoning. You can also use kombu dashi or chicken broth if you like. I’ll make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it. First, I cut the cabbage into small pieces.
If the cabbage has a core, cut off the core first. And then cut this in half. Now going to cut this one into small pieces. You can cut this into small pieces in any way you are comfortable with. Now going to cut. Going to cut it about 5mm wide.
Cut the cabbage into small pieces like this. Then rinse this one in cold water. Then going to remove the stringy bits of chicken meat. Here’s what going to need, a fork and some kitchen paper. These two things make it very easy to remove the stringy bits.
First, going to put the stringy bits that are sticking out of the meat in the gap between the forks. It looks like this I’m going to grab this part that comes out with a piece of kitchen paper. And pull the kitchen paper and the meat to the other side. Heave ho.
Then you can easily streak it like this. It came off cleanly like this. Now let’s do the same with the rest of the stripes. That’s it for the chicken meat stripes. Now, please continue with the plastic bags. As for the plastic bags, please use heat-resistant ones.
After setting the plastic bag in a bowl like this, put the white meat in the bag. And here’s a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil. And then I close the mouth, and once one, going to dust the whole thing with oil. Rub it in like this. OK.
Then going to let the air out tightly and tie the mouth of the plastic bag. It looks like this. Please do not overlap the meat at this time. This chicken breast will be very moist if you coat it with oil like this. The chicken pieces are now ready to be cooked.
Easy recipes at home So now going to cook the cabbage in hot water. First going to add salt to the water. Then we put it on the fire and bring it to a boil. Your water has come to a boil. Then I add the cabbage from earlier. Be careful not to burn yourself.
After adding the cabbage, cook the cabbage for about 30 seconds. Just enough to wilt is OK. It’s OK. And then going to turn off the heat. And then I use the water that I’ve boiled the cabbage in, I scoop it out with a net, and we put it in a colander.
Again, be very careful not to burn yourself. Drain the water thoroughly in a colander like this. Now let’s boil the water again. Re-boiled. Then I turn off the heat. And then going to put the white meat in the plastic bag that I’ve prepared.
Then put the lid on the bag and let it sit for 15 minutes. The residual heat will make it very moist and soft. Now let’s wait 15 minutes. Now, while waiting 15 minutes, squeeze out all the water from the cabbage that has just been soaked in hot water.
Prepare a piece of kitchen paper, place the cabbage on it, and squeeze it. It’s pretty hot when it’s done, so just be very careful not to burn yourself. Squeeze the water out like this. Now squeeze out the rest of the water as well. The cabbage is now ready.

Now we’re going to combine the seasonings. First, put mayonnaise, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, dashi stock, and ground sesame seeds in a bowl. And mix it well. And now let’s mix this well. It’s OK when the touch of sugar is gone. Easy recipes at home 15 minutes have passed. Then I open the lid.
Take it out so you don’t burn yourself. It’s well cooked like this. The bag is quite hot, so just be careful not to burn yourself. Then once the chicken pieces are here, open them up in a bowl.
It’s very hot now, so I take it off the heat until it’s hot to the touch. The heat has been removed. So now going to unwind this one by hand. Going to put the unraveled pieces into the cabbage.
It’s okay to use your hands to loosen the pieces, as long as it’s a comfortable size to eat. It’s very moist and soft like this. OK. Unwind like this. Now add the seasonings that you have already made. And let’s add this.

キャベツの胡麻サラダを作りました。ドレッシングが本当に美味しい!擦り胡麻は、多めに入れ濃厚なドレッシングになりました。キャベツのシャキシャキ感とささみの柔らかさがいい感じでした。このドレッシングは他にも色々と使えそうです。簡単で美味しいレシピ、これからも期待しています✌️
