サクッと揚がった天ぷらと香り高い蕎麦が定番の組み合わせです。

今回はかき揚げと鴨そばをいただきました。

しっかりとしたコシのある蕎麦と、ほんのり甘みのある蕎麦つゆが絶妙で、ふと思い出しては食べたくなる味です。

Just a short walk from Nishi-Ogikubo Station, this cozy soba shop is easy to pop into.

Their crispy tempura and aromatic soba are local favorites.

This time, I tried the duck soba with kakiage tempura.

The noodles have a nice chewy texture, and the slightly sweet broth makes it a dish I keep coming back for.
