★豚汁の材料
豚肉 適量
じゃがいも 小2個
サツマイモ 小1個
パプリカ 2分の1個
長ネギ 適量
玉ねぎ 2分の1個
生姜 少量
キャベツ 適量
まいたけ 2分の1パック
しめじ 1パック
味噌 適量
ねこぶだし 適量
★豚汁の作り方
1野菜はすべて食べやすい大きさに切ります。
2生姜は千切りにします。
3野菜はすべてフライパンで炒めてしんなりさせます。
4食べやすい大きさに切った豚肉を、フライパンに入れて野菜と一緒に炒めます。
5水を1500CC入れて、野菜が軟くなるまで少し煮込みます。
6味噌を入れて全体を混ぜて、味見をして味を調整し出来上がりです。
