I've noticed when the chefs take the fried rice from the wok to the laddle and place the rice onto the plate there seems to be a considerable amount of rice left in the wok. What happens to this rice? Its not put on the plate because the plate is taken to the customer before it can be added? Is it used in the next order? If not, with how much is left, and it seems to be the same amount each time, that adds up to a lot of wasted rice.
They are kinda cheap of their food portion such as scooping the last few fried rice but leave the rest in the wok. So do the chef eats the leftover? Why not just clean the rest of the fried rice to the customer instead leave those last bit for who?….im lost.
I watched a lot of these and the people are friendly helpful the city is clean and nobody wants to rob you or steal anything , but in the USA you cant walk down the street unless people want to start some thing with you most cities are a ghetto with crime and murders.

Misleading title say huge portion! These are consider small portion compare to other Japanese restaurants that are on YouTube!!!
