hi guys welcome back to my mashup series let’s put a Twist on a classic Vietnamese Bon me and make my burnt and Bon me I’m going to be using a chuck roast so first you want to get some mustard onto the meat making sure it’s evenly coated get a good spice rib on there patent it on all sides into the oven set to 300 for about 3 hours I know that’s a long time while that’s going we’re going to prep our carrots and daon cutting them into thin strips next you want to add them to a bowl with some sugar and salt this is going to help draw out some of that moisture add it to a jar with with our Pickin liquid you also want to prep some cucumbers and some jalapenos now once the beef is tender we’re going to cut it into pieces add our barbecue sauce going with some butter tossing some brown sugar and bake that for about 15 minutes now to build it we’re going to add some Sriracha aoli onto a baguette loaded up with those juicy burnt ends some cucumbers our pickled veggies jalapenos for some heat and our fresh cilantro and you’ve got a Next Level Bon Me
