「ゆず大根を作る」 高齢者向けに食べやすくする!

I grated half of one radish. Sprinkle with salt and leave for a while. Makes it easier for water to come out. Peel the yuzu and cut it into julienne. It’s hard to peel off because it’s very thin. It’s okay to have a little white part. It seems that the white part is not bitter. Cut one piece of this yuzu into julienne and put it in the pickles. Let’s add yuzu juice together. Squeeze the yuzu. There are so many seeds. Mix about 3 tablespoons of sugar with the squeezed yuzu vinegar. Mix about 2 tablespoons of vinegar in the squeezed juice of yuzu. Mix 1 tablespoon of black vinegar. Squeeze the water from the radish that has been shredded and sprinkled with salt, and put it in a pack. Yes, I put the squeezed radish in the pack. You can also add chopped yuzu.
