とある給食の1コマ
秋の味覚のさつまいもと栗が入ったコロッケ!!
それを目でも味わうなんて贅沢ですよね!
そうめんを使って栗のトゲがあるいが栗に見立てました🌰✨
いが栗コロッケが今日の献立だっ!!

何気にそうめんを小さく折るのに力が要る💪
蒸したさつまいもを潰して、バター、牛乳、三温糖、栗を入れてタネの出来上がり✋

そうめんの衣にまとわせて、じっくり揚げたらいが栗コロッケの完成だっー!

味は甘めで、スイートポテトを連想させる感じ
そこにそうめんの塩っぱさがプラスされて
甘いの塩っぱいのでいつまでも食べるヤツ!!w

見た目にも秋を感じれる1品ですね!
うどんとの組み合わせ!
今日美味しく出来ました♫

A croquette filled with sweet potatoes and chestnuts, the tastes of autumn!!
And getting to enjoy it with your eyes is such a luxury!
We used somen noodles to mimic the prickly bur of a chestnut 🌰✨
“Igaguri” (Chestnut Bur) Croquette was today’s menu!!

Breaking the somen noodles into small pieces actually takes some strength 💪
Mash the steamed sweet potatoes, add butter, milk, brown sugar, and chestnuts to make the filling ✋

Coat it in the somen noodle “skin,” deep-fry it slowly, and the Igaguri Croquette is complete!

The flavor is on the sweet side, reminiscent of sweet potato pie.
The saltiness of the somen noodles adds to that, creating a sweet and salty combo that you could eat forever!! lol

It’s a dish that lets you feel autumn with your eyes too!
It was paired with udon noodles!
It turned out delicious today ♫
