平素は「あおいの給食室」をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。本日は、個人向けミールキット「子どもと食べる魔法のミールキット」が、やむなく2023年10月末で終了となるご報告でございます。

経緯

突然のご報告となりますので、サービス終了に至った経緯をご説明いたします。

「個人向けミールキット」
「保育園向けミールキット」
「神奈川県版ミールキット」

は、ハーベスト株式会社から「あおいの給食室献立をミールキット化したい」との申し出を受け、商標を貸与、運営を一任しておりました。

個人、保育園ミールキットをハーベスト株式会社が依頼した経緯

しかし2023年8月、ハーベスト株式会社側が「（ハーベスト社、自らが）他の提携企業との競業規約に違反していたので、個人向けミールキットの販売サービスは10月をもって終了する」と、弊社に一方的に通告して参りました。

この通知以降、弊社の意向を聞くこと、今後の対応方法、進捗の説明や連絡などはハーベスト株式会社から一切なく、10月24日分のミールキットを最後に、商品登録やお問い合わせなどの業務を一方的に放棄している状態です。

このような状況を受け弊社は、「ハーベスト株式会社の都合により、お客様に迷惑をかけることだけは避けてほしい」と申し入れを行いましたが、ハーベスト株式会社からは逆に「個人向けミールキット」だけではなく「保育園向けミールキット」「神奈川県版ミールキット」を含むすべてのミールキットの販売サービスを、5年の契約を残しながら2023年10月いっぱいをもって、すべて打ち切ると一方的に通達されました。

弊社としては、弊社の意向も聞かず、ハーベスト株式会社から何の説明もないまま、一方的なサービス終了や契約打ち切りの連絡がなされたことを誠に遺憾であると思っております。しかし、ハーベスト株式会社からの一方的な通達と業務の放棄により、当社としてはミールキットの提供を続行することが現実的にできず、非常に不本意ながら、「個人向けミールキット」はサービス終了の運びとさせて頂かざるを得ません。

今までご利用頂きました方々に感謝をさせて頂くと共に、急なサービス停止でご不便をおかけすること、これまで「個人向けミールキット」のサービスにおいて、配送番号を通知しない、腐敗食材の配送、食材包装の破損、多数のレシピ間違い・普通紙印刷で不鮮明である、コバエの混入、消費期限の切れた食材の混入騒動など、数々の運営の不手際により非常に多くのご意見、ご迷惑をおかけいたしましたこと、深く、本当に深くお詫び申し上げます。

「保育園向けミールキット」につきましても、ハーベスト株式会社は、2023年10月いっぱいをもってすべて打ち切ると一方的に通達してまいりました。しかし160以上の保育園が「保育園向けミールキット」を契約・導入しており、たった2週間で新たな給食業者を探せるわけがありません。

保育園や園児さん、保護者さままでをも巻き込み、ご迷惑をおかけすることは「あおいの給食室」の理念とは真逆であります。ハーベスト株式会社の契約が中途終了になりますと、現在ご利用頂いております保育園も「あおいの給食室献立」が利用できなくなってしまいますので、ご希望の保育園には、献立の特別価格でのご提供や食材業者の手配のお手伝いなど、出来る限り寄り添ったご提案をさせて頂きます。また、当社において、ハーベスト株式会社から何も共有がなく、各保育園さんの現状が全く分からないため、事実確認のために、契約保育園さんには個別に2023年10月23日より順次、ご連絡させて頂きます。

「神奈川県版ミールキット」につきましても、10月23日週のお届け商品は販売されておりますが、それ以降の販売に関してハーベスト株式会社より連絡、報告はございませんので、状況が判明次第、公表させて頂きます。

これまで、ミールキットサービスをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございました。

それにもかかわらず、この度はご利用者さま、保育園さま、視聴者の方々に多大なご迷惑と不信感を与え、大変申し訳ございませんでした。弊社といたしましても、このような経緯で本サービスが終了とならざるを得なくなってしまったことは非常に不本意であります。このたびの件で失った信用は大変大きいと痛感しておりますが、今後「あおいの給食室」の理念を全うし、この信頼を取り戻せるよう、家族3人で力を合わせ頑張って参ります。
