For watery pumpkin, reduce the amount of butter and cream. Now, I will explain how to make it. First, let’s cut the pumpkin. Cut the pumpkin to a suitable size. This time it’s boiled in a pot, but you can steam it. You can also heat it in the microwave. Please do it the way you like. When making in a pot, put the pumpkin in the pot under the skin. Add 80 ml of water and a pinch of salt, cover and heat. When the steam rises, reduce the heat to low and boil for 7 to 8 minutes. Adjust the boiling time according to the size and type of pumpkin. Take it out when it becomes soft. I want to crush it while it’s hot, so I’ll remove the skin quickly. Please note that it is quite hot at first. Also, I want to use the leather for decoration, so please save a little. After that, you can eat it as it is. I always eat. The skin has come off. Let’s crush it. Transfer to a bowl and mash with a masher. This time, just crush it, but if you want a smoother finish, please strain it. Add 10 to 15 g of butter. This time I added 10g. The pumpkin was crushed and weighed 250g this time. If you want to sweeten it, add sugar here. After mixing the butter, adjust the amount of fresh cream according to the hardness of the dough and add it. I added 10ml this time, but it was a little too much. It became loose, so 5 ml of fresh cream was fine. Let’s cut the cream cheese. This time, I cut kiri cream cheese into 4 pieces and use it. In the image, 3 pieces are cut, but only 2 pieces are used. Also, the number of finished pumpkins will vary depending on the amount of pumpkin to wrap. Adjust the amount of cream cheese accordingly. Now , let’s wrap it, take out the wrap small and put a little pumpkin in the middle. Put cream cheese in the center of the pumpkin and wrap it in a wrap. Twist the top further. Let’s take it out.
