hello, it’s kinoshita yuka today… jaan, do you know what’s this ? it’s Rice paper and i’m going to prepare for today rice paper tteokbokki so, let’s see the recipe the ingredients : rice paper, tteokbokki, melty cheese, green onion, sausage and sesame let’s start with deeping the rice paper in water it’s hard to deep this thin paper that’s how it looks like and what you see here isn’t just kitchen paper, but also the rice paper… and i’m going to fold it from the sides like this let’s prepare one with cheese now fold it like the previous one the next one is sausage and the 4th one is Kinoshita’s special cheese x sausage and we fold it jajaaaan, it looks so yummy ! haay, everything is ready ! And I used a cloth to separate them from each other, so try this too let’s pour the tteokbokki sauce in the pot and we need to add some water to the tteokbokki and since it’s so hot, let’s add some honey then leave it to simmer mmm, looks good it’s a little bit thick but i think it’s good for rice paper let’s put the rice paper now hay, after putting them, wait for 3 minutes looks appetizing jaaan, everything is ready ! and now we need to add boiled eggs and also some green onion with some sesame jaaan, we done ! hay, looks so yummy right ? itadakimasu today’s drink… it’s a sake Asahi THE LEMON CRAFT with green lemon aaah, it has a nice aroma but it contains 9% of alcohol which is strong cheers ! aaah, it’s not that sweet at all, and it’s truly refreshing it’s perfect with this meal let’s start eating now the hot plate is so hot and the weather is so hot today this is the cheesy one mmmm tasty ! ! the cheese is so melty and the rice paper doesn’t feel like rice paper at all, it feels like a true tteokbokki the cheesy one is so tasty let’s try another one since it’s hot for sure, i need to take it out to cool down in this small bowl and since it’s hot, i have here plenty of eggs they are all soldiers to help me this one is with cheese and sausage tasty!! this is truly good is rice paper made of the same ingredients as the tteokbokki ? it tastes the same but tteokbokki is more soft this sausage one is so delicious it feels so refreshing to be able to try a tteokbokki-like food filled with plenty of new things this one with only sausage yummy i’m wondering if restaurants prepare it too, it’s going to be so tasty for sure and this one is a plain rice paper mmmm aah, it’s spicy ! don’t worry, that’s why i have all these eggs mmmm it lighten the spiciness it’s true that the yolk lighten the spiciness, but it still spicy so, let’s add more cheese hay, cheese, that’s a lot of cheese i’m like doraemon but for food with all my cheese invention i’m thankful to the one who invented cheese let’s add green onion too the one who thought about this is truly genius i’m sure it’s a korean one korean are so good in having new ideas for food tasty ! it’s really amazing how you can enjoy the same flavor as tteokbokki with just using rice paper this sauce is so tasty ! it’s so spicy but it doesn’t overwhelms the other flavors that’s why it’s a perfect meal i didn’t think that rice paper would goes that well with sausage, but it is ! i’m sure that i can’t finish all this sauce, and it’s night now maybe i’ll do a live video and continue eating all the sauce if you miss the live video, you can find it in the archive the last bite, itadakimasu mmmm gochisousamadeshita rice paper tteokbokki was so fun to make and truly delicious rice paper isn’t that expensive at all, and it’s so delicious ! between the plain one, sausage, and cheese, my favorite one was with cheese the cheesy one was the best one when it’s hot it’s so delicious when it’s hot of course you need to eat cheese when it’s hot to enjoy its melty texture and since it was so delicious and easy to prepare why don’t you try it too ? and as always, thank you so much for watching if you like this video, hit the like button and subscribe as well, if you please and I wish for everyone around the world a happy and delicious day and for you safety and the safety of the others keep the social distance, wear the mask and let’s do our best bye bye
