Wagyu Beef Donburi (Japanese rice bowl)

Let’s make some Japanese Rice Bowls!
We’re doing Wagyu beef today but you can do so with any good quality steak cut.

###Make your own Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon White Sugar
1 tablespoon Cooking Sake (substitute: white wine)
2 teaspoons Mirin (substitute: white vinegar)

### Eggs
3 Eggs

### Rice
1 1/2 Cup Japanese Rice (Short Grain)
1 packet Furikake (Japanese rice seasoning)
1/2 cup of frozen corn (microwave for 30 seconds)

### Fried Garlic
3 Cloves Garlic sliced

### Wagyu Beef
250~300 grams Wagyu Beef (A4 or A3 Grade)
Salt to lightly season
