Fish that we’ve been eating for a month and we still want it! Healthy, quick and so delicious!
2 tilapia fillets / Sea Bass / Any other white fish. Salt and freshly ground black pepper. 1⁄2 tsp sweet paprika. 1 clove fresh garlic, grated. 1 tbsp olive oil. Rub evenly over the tilapia fillets. Sharing 3 fish favorites today in this video – all so good, all so yum! 😋 🐟. Salt and freshly ground black pepper. sweet paprika. 1 tbsp olive oil. Set aside. 2 tbsp butter. 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced. sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 4 sprigs fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried. 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) dry white wine (optional, adds depth of flavor). simmer 1–2 minutes until reduced and mellow. 1/2 cup (120 ml) beef broth (or chicken broth). 1/2 cup (120 ml) beef broth (or chicken broth). Salt and freshly ground black pepper. Remove from heat, nestle seasoned tilapia into the creamy sauce. Bake in preheated oven at 410°F (210°C) for 14 minutes, until fish flakes easily. In a medium saucepan, melt 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the rice and sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the rice is lightly toasted and fragrant. add 1/2 tsp salt. Pour in 1 1/2 cup (350ml) hot water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Fresh dill (optional, for finishing). Uncover the pot and fluff the rice gently with a fork. 🐟 Now get ready for 2nd recipe, salmon that’s rich, golden, and absolutely delicious. mm… delicious 😋. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 2 salmon fillets. Hope you have a good day and are ready for the best salmon recipe 😍. 2-3 cloves of garlic. half stick of butter (60 g). Add the garlic. 2 tbsp honey. Juice of half a lemon. Add salmon fillets and fry over medium / high heat for 2-3 minutes. 1 shallot. 1 clove of garlic. 2 tbsp butter. Add shallots and sauté until tender. Turn the salmon over and fry for another 3-4 minutes over medium heat. 1 cup (200 g) long grain rice. Stir until the rice is shiny and buttered. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the crushed garlic and sprigs of thyme. Add 2 cups (470 ml) of warm water or chicken stock. Cover with a tightly fitting lid and cook over low heat for 17 to 20 minutes. 🥪 And finally, get ready for the 3rd recipe – the tuna melt of all tuna melts 🤤. add a few lemon wedges. Grill for 3-4 minutes to caramelize the salmon. Remove the thyme and garlic. Parsely. Look at this beauty 😍 The smell is amazing! 😋. mm… delicious 😋. 1/2 small red onion. Depending on the size of your bread, place 1/2 cup of tuna salad on each of the two slices of bread. Add 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Generously brush the top of each sandwich with about 1/2 tablespoon butter. Place the sandwiches in the pan, buttered side down, and bake until the bottom pieces of bread are golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Meanwhile, brush the top of each sandwich with another 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Mayonnaise can also be used instead of butter. 2 medium zucchini. You will love this exquisitely simple recipe😍. Arrange the rounds in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Place in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly softened. Gently flip the sandwiches, turn the heat down to low, and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, until the bottom is browned and the cheese is melted. 2 tbsp white wine vinegar. 3 tbsp olive oil.
