For the pâté:
• 500 g liver
• 2 onions
• 2 carrots
• 50 g butter
• 200 ml cream
• Salt & pepper to taste

Bake everything at 180°C (356°F) for about 1 hour, then blend until smooth and creamy.

For the jam:
• 200 g berries of your choice
• 20 g sugar
• 15 g starch
• 50 ml water
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Simmer until thick and glossy. Pour over the pâté, chill, and spread on fresh bread.
