The recipe is very easy to make, just mix, shape and fry. It can be made with only 3 ingredients except oil. In addition, we will introduce two sauces that are perfect for fries. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. There are some key points here and there, so please enjoy it all the way through. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Potatoes, potato starch, flour, salt, deep-frying oil, this time I will use these ingredients. I used new potatoes because I had new potatoes this time. This one is recommended to use new potatoes or make-your-own potatoes. It can be made with baron potatoes, but they tend to fall apart a bit, so please use make-in or new potatoes. And then potato starch and flour. Can substitute flour for the flour. Rice flour gives a crispier finish. And for seasoning, we’re going to keep it simple this time with just salt. Can use consommé granules if you like. Next, I will introduce the ingredients for the sauce. I will introduce two types this time. I will start with barbecue sauce. Here are the ingredients. Ketchup, chuno sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and here are the four ingredients. If you don’t have a sauce, you can use Worcestershire sauce. Next, I will introduce the ingredients for the honey mustard sauce. Here are the ingredients. Mayonnaise, mustard, honey, soy sauce, and here are the four ingredients. Can substitute regular mustard for the mustard grains. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s start making them. Let’s start with the barbecue sauce. That’s ketchup, chuno sauce, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl. White pepper. Mix this well. Now the barbecue sauce is ready. Next I will make the honey mustard sauce. Here is also mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix this well. OK. Now you have a simple honey mustard sauce. Can adjust the sweetness and saltiness to your liking. Easy recipes at home Now I will make potatoes. First peel the potatoes. If there are potato sprouts, be sure to remove them. Then peel the other one in the same way. And then, after peeling it like this, I cut it into bite-size pieces. Cut it into roughly the same size roughly like this. Cut like this. Then put this one in a bowl and let it soak in water like this for 5 minutes. Then I will remove the lye from the potatoes. 5 minutes have passed. Then please drain the water once. Drain the water this way. Transfer to a larger bowl because the bowl was a little small. I think you all should start from the beginning with a larger bowl and expose it to the water. Then I’ll put a fluffy wrap over here. And make one air inlet and outlet. Then I will heat this one in a microwave oven at 600 watts for 6 minutes. Cook until potatoes are tender. Cooked for 6 minutes. Remove plastic wrap to avoid burns. Now you can pierce the potato with a bamboo skewer and if it goes through easily, you’re good to go. If they are still hard, try cooking them a little longer. Then I will mash it with a masher. Or mash it with a fork. Mash firmly to make it as smooth as possible. If the potatoes are rough, they tend to fall apart when fried, so mash them well. If you can mash it well, it’s OK. It looks like this. Then add potato starch, flour, and salt. Then mix well. Mix well until there is no powderiness. As the powderiness disappears, the mixture gradually comes together. After mixing to a certain extent, use a rubber spatula or similar tool to bring the mixture together. OK. If it is hard enough to touch with a finger and not stick to the finger, it is OK. If it is still loose enough to stick to your fingers, try adjusting it by gradually adding half potato starch and half flour. If it is too loose, add a half cup of flour and a half cup of potato starch. The other thing is to make sure that when you roll it up a little bit, it doesn’t fall out. If it’s about that good, you’re good to go. Then I’ll divide this one into two equal parts. Then I take one of the pieces and roll it into a ball and roll it into a long, thin piece. If the potatoes are still too thick at this point, you can let them cool a little more. OK. Stretch this width so that it is roughly 2 cm in diameter. Next, cut this width to about 1.5-2cm width. Roughly, it’s OK. Cut like this. Then mash the potatoes with a fork. I mash the potato with a fork and put the fork marks on the potato. Put a mark on the potato like this. Now mash the rest of the potatoes in the same way and add the rest. It looks like this. Now let’s keep adding the rest in the same way. If you find it difficult to remove the fork from the potato, dip the fork in a little salad oil and mash the potato. This makes it easier to remove from the fork. Please follow with a fork like this. The thickness will be roughly 1 cm. Now I will make the other half in the same way. All made. This time it’s for 30 pieces in total. This one should be used as a guide. So now going to fry this one in oil. Easy recipes at home Now please prepare the frying pan. Then pour in roughly 1 cm of oil from the bottom of the pan. Then put it on the heat. The heat is medium. Heat oil to about 170 degrees Celsius. Now that the oil has reached the proper temperature, it is ready to fry. The standard temperature is about the same as when you put the chopsticks in the pan and fine bubbles come out from the tip of the chopsticks. If it is about that size, it is OK. Then let’s add potatoes so we don’t burn ourselves. Put in as much as you can fit in. It looks like you can do it all. All of them are in now. Now it is time to fry until the whole thing is a nice fried color. The temperature of the oil drops a little when you add potatoes, so please adjust the heat level as you fry them. After about 1 minute of frying, flip over. The color of the fried fish changes a little depending on the heat. After another minute or so, flip over and continue rolling until the entire surface is nicely browned. Take out from the fried ones. Be careful not to splash oil while frying. I just fried for a total of 3 minutes. I take them out of the ones that have reached a nice fried color like this. The color of the fried fish will vary depending on the heat, so please adjust as you fry them. The fish looks delicious fried. The surface is crispy like this. ・醤油 小さじ1/2
・胡椒 適量

<ハニーマスタードソース>
・マヨネーズ 大さじ1
・粒マスタード 大さじ1/2
・はちみつ 大さじ1/2
・醤油 小さじ1/4

    今日はお聞きしたいことがあります。
    来週末、チーズケーキを作るのですがブルーベリー🫐を入れたくて😊この場合はブルーベリージャムを入れても旨く焼けますか?
    プレーンとブルーベリーとマーマレードの3つを作ろうかなと思います。あとは鬼まんじゅうも作る予定です。ブルーベリー、マーマレードはジャムでも対応できるなら私にもできるかなと思いますがどうでしょう?
