Heat the pan and add beef tallow. Start by cooking the mushrooms. Next goes the meat. Bring them together—and enjoy the bite. With ponzu, the crisp texture of the king oyster mushrooms really brings out the flavor of the beef. Chop some green onions. Cut sashimi-grade meat into strips. Serve it with natto, a quail egg, and a dash of mustard soy sauce. This is how I love to eat it. Hope you enjoy the beef!
