Spinning Birds BBQ の調理チュートリアルとおいしい結果!

And let’s turn on the motor. Hopefully it works. And look at that. We have two spinning birds. Woohoo. We are spinning. Let’s apply a little more seasoning as this bird spins around while we have it here. Now, those are some good looking birds. Oh yeah, it’s looking really good. Let’s put our wood chunk on there. We’ll do that. A little bit of bark. Right like that. And before you officially start any cook, if you know, you know. Let’s close the lid up. And we’ll put our vent on the opposing side of our heat source. That way it goes up and it comes out. I almost forgot one thing. I always do this. Let’s get our Typher dual sync gold up and going. Pull out probe number one. [Music] We’re going to put it in the breast. That’s bird number

🔥 Welcome back to MrFlavorsmith! In this backyard BBQ experiment, I take on a highly requested challenge from my viewers — cooking two whole rotisserie chickens that have been wet brined for over 72 hours and spinning them over fire on my Only Fire Rotisserie Pizza Combo Ring using just ONE Weber charcoal basket and fueled by B&B Lump Charcoal.

This is my first time attempting a 72+ hour wet brine and also the first time testing a rotisserie cook with only one coal basket, and the results might surprise you. Can deep brine flavor and steady heat come together to create barbecue chicken perfection on a budget-friendly coal setup?

If you’re into backyard cooking, Weber Kettle grilling, charcoal rotisserie setups, or you’re just a barbecue food enthusiast hungry for flavor-packed experiments, this one’s for you!

🔪 Ingredients:

2 Whole Chickens (wet brined for 72+ hours)
Seasoned Brine
B&B Lump Charcoal
Only Fire Rotisserie Ring
Weber 22″ Kettle Grill + 1 Coal Basket
🔥 Watch as I show you how to manage fire with a single coal basket, control temps, and achieve juicy, golden-skinned rotisserie chicken that’s full of bold, brined flavor.

👉 Let me know in the comments if you’ve tried an extended wet brine or rotisserie with minimal fuel!

  1. Over $1000 worth of kit to cook a $5 Costco chicken… Completely unoriginal seasoning too .

I'll take the 200 (over time) that are already prepared for me, Thanks
