This mentaiko cream… I like the bubbling texture. It’s so delicious. I thought it would be a pasta, but it’s udon noodles!! It’s at good temperature as well, not too cold, not too hot!! The cream itself is so mild, but this udon noodles are more on a refreshing side, they go well with the mild cream. It means that if you cook a pasta with this cream, it would taste so mild. This cream is specifically for udon noodles. I can totally agree that I want to say this is a udon restaurant. It’s so delicious. I would like to squeeze some lemon later on, but lemon will go so well with this udon. The biggest size is 500 grams, I have said that it’s a lot. It seems that a lot of people can eat that amount. Even eldery people. That’s amazing. I can eat the noodles smoothly. I’m sure a lot of people can eat 500 grams. I think this is my second time to eat udon and salmon roe at the same time. The saltiness of salmon roe is so great. I can realize new potentials about udon noodles. This salmon roe flakes are good. They’re so good. They’re entangled with the cream. I think I can eat it so fast. I’d like everyone to eat this, but I’m impressed with other ways to enjoy udon noodles. I’ve got a lot of lemon actually, I want to squeeze a bit. This lemon is a genius. The part where I add lemon juice tastes different. It’s so fresh. With the rich cream, the sourness of lemon disppears. This udon has got its nice smell. I’ll mix this mentaiko. I can become happy. It’s chili pepper. The udon noodles are well entangled with the cream. The noodles sometimes plunge into the cream. It tastes so mild and rich, it’s not heavy at all. I tend to leave my favorites until the end. I protect the salmon roe zone. Although the noodles are well entangled with the cream, it seems that some sauce might be left. The staff put a lot of sauce. I feel happy. It makes me feel happy. It looks beautiful and tastes delicious. I think cream and some butter are in it, but it’s not heavy at all. Is it because it has a good balance with the noodles? The noodles are so delicious. They’re almost gone. I remember somebody used to say I don’t remember who said this, but the reflection of food? I mean, it’s instagrammable so to speak. I think it’s important for this restaurant. I mean, it’s a strength for them, but it’s the best because it tastes amazingly good. I think somebody said that before. Nobody might have said something like that, but this dish represents that. It looks so pretty, tastes so good. There’re no shortcomings. It was so delicious, I’m finished! It was so delicious! Although the cream is so mild and rich, it tastes refreshing at the same time. This is my first time to experience that. It was great. Thank you so much! Can you eat more? Yes, actually. It was awesome. I ate this kind of creative udon on my first visit to this restaurant. I would like to taste other types of noodles. The udon I ate today was absolutely delicious. I’m impressed. A mentaiko cream pasta is everywhere. There’re some mentaiko cream udon noodles available in some places, but this one is original. It’s the one and only, it was so good. It’s awesome! Who do I think I am? The nearest station is Ogikubo, you can walk from the station to get here. You can come here by buy, too! If you come nearby, please hang around here.
