【材料】
手羽中 約300g
☆酒・みりん・濃口醤油 各大さじ1
☆砂糖 小さじ2
☆柚子胡椒 小さじ1
片栗粉 大さじ1
【作り方】
①ポリ袋に手羽中と片栗粉を入れ、振って片栗粉を表面にまぶす。
②☆を混ぜ合わせておく。
③フライパンに油を馴染ませ中火で温めたら、①を広げて入れ転がしながら表面を香ばしく焼き火を通す。
④手羽中に火が通ったら、火を消して②を回し入れ
全体的に煮絡める。

お好みで煎り胡麻を仕上げに絡めても美味しいよ!
