【作ってみた】ベトナム料理のレシピ大公開!揚げ春巻き編
you will need the rice paper okay so the next part we can make it for the roll it doesn’t need to be like too small this is the mixture that i just had after like chopping all the ingredients but we’ll cook the vietnamese fries spring roll so please come on in what are you going to cook for today oh so today i’m going to cook spring roll but it’s not a fresh one it’s the fried spring roll yeah it’s a traditional vietnamese food and uh when do you normally eat you know dusting wrong like we can eat it like every day in a meal like a lunch or dinner we can eat with some kinds of noodle which is like vermicelli it’s like a kind of you know made from rice or we get like we usually eat this like during new year’s holiday the lunar new year so like before the new year like we would prepare making a lot of like spring rolls and we put it in the fridge and then we can like fried it again whenever we want to eat like during the holiday that sounds good so uh do you have any special like any memories of eating this you know food like for this like not really like special memories like make like eating but like making this one because it’s like for a new year so we usually make a lot like before the holidays start so like i my mom and then my sister like gather and then we do it together like almost like every year yeah before the new year holiday it’s time right for like family time yeah like to cook and then to talk together before the holiday so it’s a very nice one very good [Music] so for the spring roll we will need the rice paper this is from vietnam we will need some dry mushroom which is dry shiitake and the dry fungus too for the sauce we cannot make it without this one this is the fish sauce from vietnam and last but not least we need shrimp and ground pork too [Music] so i’m soaking this dry mushroom into water so that we can use it later for the rolls so we just need to put it like this and leave it there for a while and after that i would make the sauce for the roll first so for the sauce we would need some sugar and we would need lemon we would add some of the water then we would mix this until the sugar is dissolved we would use the sauce here the fish sauce and the last part would be the garlic for the sauce so that is for the sauce for the roll we can’t leave it there later okay so the next part we will need onions and carrots and we will make some like a little like small decorations for the fish sauce later i know it slide is very thin a little water here and leave it there for a few so next we would chop the onions into like small pieces and the next part would be the spring onions we also chop it into small pieces next i will chop this dry mushroom into like small pieces so that we can make it for the roll so next i will chop the stream and in order to chop it faster i would slide it into two so to make the stream thinner so we would chop it faster later i think it depends like it doesn’t need to be like too small but it’s better like like yeah like a little bit like small pieces like the same with other ingredient size so that later when we mix the the mixture here like it will gold angles in well together so that’s all for the shrimp okay okay so now i would crack the egg and i only need the egg yolk for the spring roll so we will not use the white part so it’s like this i will put it direct to the mixture okay so this is the mixture that i just had after like chopping all the ingredients so next i would add ground pork and some spices like black pepper salt and a little bit of sugar to this mixture and mix all of them before grabbing like this a little bit of black pepper a little bit of salt sugar and after that i would mix all of them together like this uh we need to mix so that like all their ingredients would go well into each other so later when we grab the roll like each roll will have all the ingredients it’s more like a northern style and it’s also like different from each family so like we can put like some of the ingredients that we prefer for example like from my family we often use shrimp but like some family if they like crab they can put crab meat into this mixture and sometimes my family put like coriander or like pocket into this mixtures as well but today don’t have it so it’s okay or if you cannot eat any of these ingredients you can omit this into like from this mixture yes so we have the mixture ready to crack next i would use this rice paper to grab the roll before we fried it and usually i would put like a little bit of lemon juice into this water so like make it crunchy later when we fry but just a little bit so like it would help the rice paper be crispy later after we fried it and some family they use the brown sugar like the sugar into this water so that when we fry the roll it would have like a little brown yellow color like to make the spring roll looks better i would put like a little bit of water to the rice paper but don’t put too much oil it’ll be too wet to grab the rolls and then you turn on the other side and do the same thing and put it in the middle of the rice paper and we would grab two sides like this and then we would fold this part this and then we would have a roll it’s ready to be fried so we would wait until like the rice paper turned into like a little brown sugar color and then i think it would be ready to be served or like we need to like but it’s not like to flip it before like for the two sides of the roll so the rolls are ready to be served so you can enjoy this with the sauce we made before so enjoy your meals [Music] so now i will taste the spring roll and take one of these and dip it into the sauce it’s really good like the rice paper is really crispy and all the ingredients like goes well into each other so i can taste everything within just one bite yeah i really like it now it’s really easy to make so please try to make the vietnamese fry spring roll at home if you like the video please
