Cut the lotus root, sprinkle salt on the minced meat, and mix the seasonings. Then fry. Fry the minced meat, and when the color of the meat changes, add lotus root and fry briefly. Finally, add an interest fee. Cover and simmer for a while and you’re done. It’s a simple dish that can be made with just one frying pan. Here are the nutrients this time. Cut off the black parts at both ends. Soak in vinegar water to remove lye. Prepare an appropriate amount of water and add about 15 ml of vinegar. Soak the lotus root and leave it for about 10 minutes. The video uses umezu. You can use any vinegar. Let’s mix the seasonings. Put miso, sake, and soy sauce in a bowl and dissolve the miso well. If you want to add sugar or mirin, add it here. Sprinkle salt on the minced meat. This time I’m using minced meat, but you can also use minced chicken or minced pork. Add salt and mix without kneading. Let’s cut the lotus root. Drain and remove. Slice to a width of about 7-8 mm. Cut it into cubes. Let’s fry. Warm the frying pan and add sesame oil. Add minced meat and fry until the color of the meat changes. Spread it all over and mix occasionally. While repeating this, fry on medium heat. Add lotus root when the color of the meat has almost changed. Stir fry further. When the lotus root is clear, wipe off any excess fat. Add the mixed seasoning. Roughly mix the seasoning so that it spreads throughout, then cover it. Reduce the heat to low and steam for 3-4 minutes. When the lotus root is cooked, open the lid and mix it to finish. If the taste is not enough, add seasoning. That’s it. It looks very delicious. Let’s put it in a bowl. You can put it on rice if you like. You can enjoy plenty of lotus root with meat.
