【大食い】超ショックな事が起きました[簡単塩昆布にサーモン漬けたらいくらの味!?]旨みたっぷりでご飯が進む!【木下ゆうか】

Hello, it’s Yuka Kinoshita! And today… I made salted kelp-marinated salmon! It’s really easy to make this! You only need to slice some salmon
and marinate it with salted kelp So I heard if you marinate salmon
with salted kelp, it will taste kind of like
salmon roe (ikura) And here’s how I made it! First, let’s sprinkle salted kelp
to sliced salmon The salmon we’re using today
is your ordinary sliced salmon, and these marbled salmon! [Sprinkle it just like this] Alright, it’s done Let’s cling-wrap it so the salted kelp
would sink into the salmon And we let them rest in the refrigerator
for 20 minutes Now I’ll make some miso soup
to accompany the rice bowl Pour in some water to the pot, and I’m using this dashi stock
from Kayanoya [Lon who got baited by the dashi aroma] It has grilled flying fish Wow, Lon you’re so amazing You just come for everything Put it into the cold water, and turn on the fire Once the dashi is boiling, simmer it for 2-3 minutes in medium heat I’ll cut the ingredients
while waiting for it to simmer Slice the onions long and thin Once we’ve simmered the dashi,
take out the dashi stock bag, and put in the cut onions Cut the tofu into any size you like Once we’ve cut the tofu,
put them into the miso soup I haven’t put the miso in, though Once all the ingredients are cooked,
put in some miso Turn off the heat first
before putting in the miso, and dissolve the miso with the soup [Taste test] Yes, it’s good! Once the miso has blended, turn on the heat but keep the it
low enough so the soup doesn’t boil After resting the salmon for 20 minutes,
place them on the rice I wonder how salted kelp-marinated
salmon would taste But from the name itself,
I’m pretty sure it’s gonna be delicious [Making you hungry]
