TUNA SALAD / TUNA MELT
what’s good my YouTube fam hey I got somebody coming over shortly to pick up a pan of tuna hey we going to get down into this bowl and we going to bring some deliverance to it y’all hey I love to funk up tuna that’s probably why they calling me hey so just jump right on into it but first let me just slow down just a tad bit cuz this video ain’t going to take very long uh yeah now you know the video is uh a tuna melt so don’t tell him that I’mma take a little bit out of here and create my own tuna melt from here okay so with that said right here I got me five cans five 5 oz cans of tuna now I like to get the ones in oil but I like to get the ones in water too so I kind of split the difference up you know but I drain it and then I separate it with a fork yeah I love to separate my tuna with a fork into smaller pieces now we getting ready to start building that flavor okay the first thing we going to go in with I got about a/4 cup diced pimentos 1/4 cup sweet relish 1/4 cup finely diced red onion 1/4 cup finely diced celery 1/4 cup fresh parsley [Music] couple of tablespoons that’s chopped dill pickles then I got me a tablespoon actually it’s a teaspoon of the pickle juice that I like to put into it then we going to go in with some Dijon mustard and the yellow mustard i like the taste that both of them gives us so we’re going in with a tablespoon of each then I got me five boiled eggs now my boiled egg ratio some people don’t put eggs in there i love to put eggs in mine now when I’m dealing with boiled eggs I got five cans of tuna so I always go with one egg per can and look at the yeness y’all of the egg yolk so many times I’m seeing people with green yolks that tells me that you’re boiling your eggs too long y’all so what we going to do we going to season this bad boy up little bit of paprika let me use the shaker celery salt i like to give it a little bit of old bake little bit of creole celery seed teaspoon then I like to go in with my own little kosher salt cracked black pepper we’re going to get all of this combined together [Music] [Music] now we’re going to add our eggs in [Music] get those nice and folded in now if you one of those that don’t like eggs in your tuna hey go for it don’t put them in there we’re going to go in with some Dukes mayo [Music] we’re going to start off with like a cup i like to add mine in slowly and then increase as I need it i don’t like a runny and sloppy tuna but I do like a moist and delicious tuna are you listening to me and so far so good it’s looking good to me and if it’s looking good to you definitely I need you to hit that thumbs up hit the subscribe button if you’re new man this bad boy looking good and it’s smelling good too y’all but don’t tell me I’m about to take some out so I can make me a nice little tuna milk are you listening to me don’t tell nobody okay now what I’m about to do I’mma leave this over to the side all those flavors going to come together i’mma clean this workstation up we going to put this tuna melt together and we going to do it together too watch this y’all okay my fam let’s get it hey I got my skillet it’s heating up believe it’s on a very low temp i got me some um matter of fact I don’t forgot my butter i don’t forgot my butter let me go back and get that butter and I’ll be back y’all okay fam sorry about that hey my mind was you on using the mayonnaise on my bread but then I wanted to switch it on over and use the butter instead because I already had some that was already pretty much softened so I figured hey let me go ahead and use it we’re going to put that butter side down now if you want to use mayo by all means that’s definitely doable i like using mayonnaise as well but sometime when I already got me some softened butter I rather just go on ahead and use it are you listening to me okay now what I like to do hit it up with that proolone cheese down there mhm slip on a little glove we going to put us some this good tuna on top of this bad boy i’m going try to get it just on the bread only not all over my skillet if you know what I’m talking about well leave it there i’mma add a little bit more down here but you can do yours as you see fit to do yours i’m actually going to put me a piece of Oh that was smoked proolone I put on the bottom y’all this is Gouda then we going to add that piece of bread right there uh-oh y’all we getting there hey when this bad boy is ready to flip meet me back here y’all we getting ready to have us a good oldfashioned tuna milk okay my fam this is what you’re looking for right there y’all we gonna kick this bad boy off the screen because I’mma bring my cutting board in here we gonna take and pull this bad boy out of there we’ll put that right there cuz we going to finish this little bowl up and what I want to do cuz remember I said five a per can but then I like to keep me one for the decoration of the top now that little piece of egg right there that’s me now you can decorate it any way you feel like you want to i don’t do nothing spectacular cuz I ain’t no decorator or nothing like that i can tell you that now but what I am is a cook all right now we going to hit that up like that right there then we going to hit it up with a little bit of paprika over the top [Music] [Music] that’s that tuna come on y’all get with me on this now let’s go in with this tuna milk and there you have it y’all i don’t know if it gets any better than this y’all [Music] and I’m out of here y’all bye

Hi KAC. I like eggs in tuna salad…wouldn't want to omit it. I never tried Old Bay on anything, but gotta try it. I'm hooked on Hellmann's mayo, but gotta try Duke's when it's on sale. Good tuna recipe! I eat it with Ritz crackers…maybe Club or Townhouse. Thx! 😊 ❤
Awwwww, Sir…I'm tellingggg that you swiped some of that tuna salad. LOL 😂. No, enjoy!
I don't think I will ever put cheese on a tuna salad sandwich, but enjoy! 😊
Not a fan of the cheese either. But I really enjoy a great tuna salad on crackers or bread.
It all looks delicious ❤
