7月も中旬を過ぎ、もうすぐ梅雨が明けます。

すでに夏本番のような暑さが続いていますが
今日はそんな日にサラッと食べられる
きゅうりの冷や汁を作りました。

「#冷や汁」はもともと、
夏の間に宮崎の一般家庭で食べられていた郷土料理。

古くは農家の人たちが暑い夏に、
麦飯に生味噌をのせ、それに水をかけて
食べていことが元になっていると言われています。

夏バテで食欲がない時にぴったりの冷や汁。
作り方も簡単です。

📝📝レシピ📝📝

■#きゅうりの冷や汁（材料：2人分）

水　………　500㏄
鰹節　………　30g
#きゅうり　………　1本
#あじの干物　………　1尾
すりごま　………　大2
みょうが　………　1本
青ねぎ　………　10g
しそ　………　3枚

＜作り方＞
① 0:28　水を沸かし、沸騰直前に鰹節を入れて火を止める。濾した後冷やす。
② 1:50　あじの干物をフライパンで表裏合わせて6分加熱し、身をほぐす。
③ 2:54　きゅうりを輪切りにし、塩を振り5分置いて水気を絞る。
④ 3:26　みょうがと青ねぎを輪切りにする。
⑤ 4:30　ボウルに味噌、すりごま、1の出汁を300㏄入れて混ぜて溶かす。
⑥ 5:40　⑤にきゅうり、青ねぎ、みょうが、あじのほぐし身を合わせ、冷蔵庫でよく冷やす。
⑦ 6:52　椀に盛り付け、吸い口のしその千切りをのせる。
