A low-carbohydrate mushroom pizza that uses shiitake mushrooms instead of pizza dough. Topping the shiitake mushrooms with the shaft cut off. Garlic goes well with mushrooms, so be sure to add it. Sprinkle salt and olive oil on the shiitake mushrooms and put the cheese and ingredients on it. Petit tomatoes, peppers, sausages. Bake in a 1300 watt toaster for 5-8 minutes. A light and comfortable pizza with a delicious juicy flavor of roasted mushrooms.
