I made Shiso pesto Genovese and ate it.
The ingredients of the sauce is the shiso, garlic, cheese, olive oil, walnut, pine nuts and almond.
I was surprised that the Genovese looks like brown sauce in Italy. I really would like to eat Italy one!

今日は大葉を使ってジェノベーゼ風を作って食べました。 ソースには大葉、ニンニク、チーズ、オイルの他にくるみ、松の実、アーモンドを入れました。 今回ジェノベーゼを調べてみてびっくりしたのは、イタリアではジェノベーゼソースといえば茶色のソースのことだそうです！いつか食べてみたいです！！
