Meditation is a wonderful way to calm the mind and relax. I hope I can master meditation someday! I try to take deep breaths when my mind is restless. What is your relaxation method? Drinking herbal tea or taking a relaxing bath is also calming. Sometimes I worry about a lot of things, but sometimes I feel refreshed by cleaning my room. Now all that’s left is… lots of sleep!🤣 Herbal tea (yogi tea) to drink before going to bed in the morning and at night is also indispensable! When you are on a diet, you may not lose as much weight as you would like. And I sometimes feel depressed because I have eaten sweets. I am on a diet, why did I eat it! But give yourself a pat on the back for doing a little exercise every day! We can just walk! I’m proud of myself for exercising, even if only a little! Since the other day, I have been watching and practicing diet dance videos on YouTube every day. It’s so much fun dancing to the music! Even just 10 minutes can make you sweat! I mainly watch youtube with Japanese performers, but I would like to know if there are any diet dance channels you recommend in your country. Even people who aren’t interested in dieting can enjoy exercising! I don’t want to lose weight by having a hard time. I want to have a fun, healthy and toned body ;)) Isn’t it the same for all of you? It’s important to have fun every day, stay healthy, and love your body♡ I hope to spend my days having fun with you all! And we’ll share some good food, too! My videos may differ from other MUKBANG YouTubers. 最近インスタでよく見る痩せるダンス。
なぜか私がやるとすごい気持ち悪い動きになるけど誰にも見られてないし、痩せるためならどんなダンスだって踊れる・・!
