「玉子丼」ネギたっぷりで簡単に手早くできて美味しい丼!

All you have to do is cut the green onions and shiitake mushrooms, bind them with eggs, and put them on rice. Cut the green onions into pieces that are easy to eat. This is enough for green onions because it is for one person. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into a size that is easy to eat. Boil green onions and shiitake mushrooms. It would have been better if there were green vegetables. Season with an appropriate amount of water (about 150CC). Add half a tablespoon of sugar. It will be for one person. Add about 3 grams of Hon-Dashi. (1 packet is 8 grams) Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. It’s been cold from morning today. The weather is nice, though. I prepared two eggs. When the ingredients are boiled, sprinkle the eggs. Plenty of green onions and shiitake mushrooms. You can add a kinusaya, but this should be enough. If the soy sauce taste is light, add salt. I will try to taste it. Add two eggs and the taste will be lighter, so add half a tablespoon of soy sauce. The soup stock is running out of water, so add a little water. I added about 50CC of water. Add about half a teaspoon of salt. Because I added water, it seems to be thin. Melt 2 eggs and put in a frying pan. After putting the egg, cover it a little without touching it. Steam a little. Warm the rice and put it in a bowl. The rice was cooked in the microwave. I was able to serve two people. The egg is half-boiled and ready to put in a bowl. Add soup stock to the rice. Yes, I got the egg bowl. The only ingredients are green onions and shiitake mushrooms, so it’s easy. Sprinkled with eggs and half-cooked. Let’s taste it for a moment. It looks warm. 残り野菜を煮て卵とじをすれば、安価で簡単などんぶりができます。
長ネギとシイタケを刻んで煮て、しょうゆと砂糖とほんだしとお酒で味をつけます。
味を見ながら調味料を入れて、好みの味付けにします。
野菜が煮えたら、卵を2個回し入れます。
卵が半熟ぐらいになったらできあがりです。
