「白菜と油揚げのバター炒め煮」御飯がいくらでも進むよ!

Nowadays, the amount is large, the water comes out and it becomes soft, and the amount decreases. Now is the time for Chinese cabbage to be delicious. Chinese cabbage is big, so I will use 1/4 today. It’s a little large, but if you fry it, the amount will decrease, so it’s okay. Fry it easily to make it delicious. It seems that it has become softer. I fried it with butter today. It’s usually olive oil or sesame oil, but today it’s butter. When the amount of Chinese cabbage is low and water comes out, season it. Boil until tender. The amount has decreased considerably. Add soy sauce, mirin and sugar to this. It’s getting wet. Add a sweet amount of sugar and add an appropriate amount of Ajinomoto, mirin and soy sauce. Water comes out of Chinese cabbage, so let’s taste it again later. I will add the fried tofu. It has a nice scent of butter and soy sauce. Boil until all the water is gone. Since water comes out of Chinese cabbage, I don’t add much water, but I add a little. There was a shredded cabbage left, so I put it in as well. Have it mixed with Chinese cabbage for a moment. Please wait until it boils. It has become much softer. It has become like this.
The juice has also decreased. After tasting, it’s thin, so add a little salt. Add the chili peppers so that they are spicy. I added salt and chili peppers, so the taste is much tighter. When it’s boiled down, it’s done. The leaves of Chinese cabbage are already softer. Shall we eat the leaf stems and the raised leaves? Let’s taste it for a moment. Perfect for a side dish of rice. It’s sweet and salty, and it’s delicious.
It was good to add salt later. Then I added Shichimi Karagarashi, which was good. It’s a little spicy, but it seems to go well with rice. It’s still juicy, but it’s delicious enough. バターで炒めるとちょっとカロリー高いけど、コクが増して食欲を刺激しますよね!👍🏻 ・・今冬は野菜が手に入りやすいのか、街の中華屋さんの野菜炒めやタンメンも野菜の量が多いような気がします😅
バターが想像できませんwつくってみようかな
