There’s also simmered rice. The simmered dish is cooked in a broth made from kelp and dried shiitake mushrooms, giving it a gentle Kyoto-style flavor. Yummy, fried horse mackerel sounds so good. I used to eat mackerel in Nova Scotia, Canada but I bet it doesn't taste the same. Horse mackerel looks delicate.
I'm late watching your video, I was carried away yesterday cooking a massive amount of food to freeze because I ordered twice from a local farm by accident 😂
I can't put everything in my fridge so I have lots of apples, squash, potatoes, onions and tomatoes in a box on the kitchen floor waiting to be made into apple sauce, french onion soup and tomato puree.
