Please subscribe to my channel Today I want to make grilled eggplant with cheese. I will be introducing an eggplant recipe that is quick and easy to make with simple ingredients. I would like to make a plain cheese baked cake and a pizza sauce flavor as well. I hope you enjoy it to the end, as there are some points to be made here and there. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Eggplant, melted cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise, grated garlic, olive oil, crazy salt, salt and pepper, parsley. First of all, eggplant, this time we will make it for 2 eggplants. In terms of weight, two pieces will weigh about 180g. Please use this one as a guide. And now I’m going to make two kinds of cheese baked goods, one is the regular basic cheese baked goods and the other is cheese baked goods with pizza sauce on them. That pizza sauce will be made with ketchup, mayonnaise, grated garlic, crazy salt, olive oil, and these five ingredients easily. If you don’t have ketchup, you can substitute it with ketchup. I would like to make it right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it. First we cut the eggplant. After the eggplant is cut, it is soaked in brine. So prepare the salt water in advance. It will be roughly 500ml of water with a teaspoon of salt. Now we will cut it. Cut off the heft first. Take this part also. Now we will cut roughly 1 cm wide. Cut like this. As soon as you cut it, put it in salt water. Soaking in salt water in this way will prevent discoloration. In addition, over-absorption of oil can be prevented. Now cut the rest in the same way, 1 cm wide. And then soak the rest in salt water. Soak it firmly in the salt water and leave it like this for about 5 minutes. This way you can also remove the yellows. While the eggplant is soaking in brine, we will now make the pizza sauce. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, grated garlic, olive oil, and crazy salt to a bowl. Now mix well. Mix properly so that the olive oil does not separate. OK. Now you have a simple handmade pizza sauce. Please try making this one as well. I highly recommend crazy salt for making pizza sauce because of the various spices and herbs in it. You can easily buy it in supermarkets, so please check it out. Now let’s soak the eggplant in salt water for 5 minutes and then drain it once in a colander. Once the eggplants are in the colander, give them a quick rinse. Now we will wipe off the water from the eggplant. Be sure to wipe off the moisture properly. Place on kitchen paper and press down with kitchen paper to wipe off moisture. If not wiped off properly, it will cause oil to splash, so be sure to wipe it off thoroughly. OK. Now wipe off the rest in the same way. The eggplant is now ready. So now we are going to grill them. This time we are going to make a regular cheese bake and then one cheese bake with pizza sauce, so we are going to make half of each. Easy recipes at home Now let’s bake it. We will start by making a regular pizza bake. Put some olive oil on the pan. Then put it on the fire. Once on the heat, first spread the olive oil all over. Then warm it for 30 seconds. 30 seconds have passed. Then we will grill the eggplant. Grill over medium to low-medium heat, adjusting the heat until browned. Now place the eggplant and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper on top. And continue to grill them like this until they are browned. Now we’ve baked it for a little over a minute. Check the browning, and if it’s browning nicely, flip it over. Turn all the pieces over like this. Then turn off the heat once. Then turn off the heat and put the cheese on top of this. We’re turning off the heat, so don’t be in a hurry to go. Be careful not to burn yourself. Place cheese on top like this. It’s okay if it sticks out a little bit. It sticks out a little bit, but please put it on generously like this. Then put the lid on and put it on the fire. Continue to cook over low heat until cheese is melted. It has now been 40 seconds since the lid was put on. Then I open the lid. Then the cheese will melt like this. Then I flip this over. Have ho. Then I hold it down. If you think it might take a little longer to turn over, you can turn off the heat once. Now bake with the lid open until the cheese is crispy. Adjust heat to low to medium-low. Try to cook the frying pan on the heat of the frying pan. I just cooked it for roughly 3.5 minutes total. If it’s crispy like this, it’s OK. Then turn off the heat. And let’s put it on a plate. It turned out crunchy and tasty like this. Try to make it about this brown. I hope you can bake it just being careful not to burn it. Now let’s move on to the pizza flavor. Same thing, frying pan, olive oil. And put it on the fire. And spread the olive oil in the same way. And keep it warm like this for 30 seconds. And after 30 seconds of warming, arrange the eggplant. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper again in the same way. This is the proper amount. And bake like this until browned. Now check the browning once. Turn over once browned. Once all are flipped, turn off the heat. After turning off the heat, now spread the pizza sauce on the surface first. Apply lots of coats like this. Paint like this. I will have a little extra pizza sauce, so please spread this on bread, etc., and make pizza toast, etc., and enjoy. Now put cheese on this one in the same way. Put a generous amount on this one as well. Then put the lid on and put it back on the fire. The heat is low. Continue baking until cheese is melted. Now that the cheese is melted, open the lid. Then I flip it over. And bake this one the same way until the cheese is browned. The heat should be between low and medium. This one is also browned nicely, so I turn off the heat. It looks like this. It is a little difficult to see the browning for pizza, but be careful not to burn it. Then take this out. I think it would be better if you turn it over with a rubber spatula or something. It is baked like this deliciously. Now we turn the rest of them over. This is how the pizza cheese bake turned out. Now I would like to serve it with a sprinkling of parsley. Easy recipes at home Now the eggplant is ready to be baked with cheese. This is how it turned out. Cheese is finished crispy like this.
