Cook in the microwave for a while. Steamy German potatoes. Peel the potatoes and remove the eyes. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water, then sprinkle them with salt. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the microwave. Heat at 600W for about 7 minutes until a bamboo skewer can easily fit in. Slice the onion thinly. Slice the bacon into 1cm-wide pieces. Cut the garlic in half and crush it to release its aroma. Finely chop the parsley and spread the oil on top. Add the garlic to the frying pan, and when the aroma of garlic fills the kitchen, add the potatoes. Add the onions and bacon. Add the consommé of salt and pepper granules for seasoning. Stir-fry until the onions are soft. Stir-fry, and when the potatoes are browned, fix them. At the end, add parsley and season with salt and pepper. The potatoes are fluffy, the garlic has a good flavor, and it’s very delicious. Everyone should try making this too.
