Garlic (にんにく) : a clove (ひとかけ)
Onion (玉ねぎ) : 1/2
Yellow bell pepper (黄パプリカ):1/2
Red bell pepper (赤パプリカ):1/2
Sesame oil (ごま油):as needed (適量)
Gochujang (コチュジャン):1/2tsp (小さじ1/2)
Minced pork or chicken (豚ひき肉 または 鶏ひき肉):200g
Oyster sauce (オイスターソース):1tsp (小さじ1)
Soy sauce (醤油):1tsp (小さじ1)
Fish sauce (ナンプラー):1tbs (大さじ1)
Basil (バジル):10 (10枚)
Olive oil (オリーブオイル) : as needed (適量)
Egg (卵):2eggs
Salt (塩) : as needed (適量)
Pepper (こしょう) : as needed (適量)

Cut garlic, onion and red & yellow bell pepper [A] (にんにく・玉ねぎ・赤パプリカ・黄パプリカを切る)
Stir [A], minced pork or chicken with gochujang and sesame oil
(フライパンにごま油を引いてコチュジャンとA、ひき肉を炒める)
Add seasonings and mix it (調味料を加えて混ぜ合わせる)
Turn off the burner then add basil (火を止めてバジルを加える)
