Ingredients:
Two medium-sized chicken thighs
Or one large chicken breast

Red oil ingredients:
Oil 120 ml
Chili flakes 1 tbsp
Korean chili powder 1/2 tbsp thick and thin
Sauce ingredients:
Scallions 2 stalks
Ginger 10 grams
Homemade red oil 2-3 tbsp
50-60 ml chicken broth
Salt 1/2 tsp
Fish sauce 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Peppercorn oil 1/2 tbsp
Side dishes:
Cooked black fungus 1 handful
Onion slices 1 small handful
