Hangry Monster! Hello. I’m Russian Sato. Today, I will try something which is a request from my viewer and also is what I have wanted to do. You know, many schools are closed in response to the spreading coronavirus. The plenty of food which was supposed to be used for school lunch is facing the need to dispose of. To help suppliers of ingredients for school lunches, some companies made websites where anyone can purchase that unsold food. Umaimono(Something delicious).com is one of them. They made a special website to prevent food waste. I was looking for some food that would be good if I eat in my video, and then I found the one! I found the best food which can actualize what I had wanted to do in my video for a long time. It’s… This is it! You may not know what this is at all. It has… Behold! They are deep-fried whitefish in the shape of a square. When I saw the square of deep-fried white fish, I had a thought. The first thing I thought was that I could make a lot of Filet-O-Fish with them. And I bought them right away. What do you know, I received 6kg(13lb) of frozen whitefish to make 100 Fillet-O-Fish. So today, I will make Fillet-O-Fish as many as I want and eat until I’m satisfied. I would like to try making tartar sauce with various pickles to see what it tastes like. I’d be happy if you could use that tartar sauce to help you make your own. Well, then, I’ll get started to make them. Please enjoy watching it! I’m going to several kinds of tartar sauce. boiled egg Mash, Mash, Mash onion sweet relish mayonnaise chopped dill Mix. salt Tartar Sauce with Shibazuke ( Pickles with Red Perilla Leaves ),Tartar Sauce with Iburigakko (smoked Japanese radish pickles),Tartar Sauce with ginger marinated in sweet vinegar boiled egg Mash them. onion mayonnaise salt chopped Shibazuke chopped Iburigakko chopped ginger marinated in sweet vinegar chopped green onion Mix. Alright, it’s ready. I will eat Filet-O-Fish while deep frying frozen whitefish here. I couldn’t buy a lot of bread at once, so I bought a small amount and froze them to preserve it. First, I’ll start with using these typical hamburger buns. I’ll steam them. In the beginning, I prepared 10pices of buns. Here I go. I can’t wait! Tartar Sauce with Shibazuke is very pink. This is an ordinary tartar sauce. It’s a tartar sauce with ginger marinated in sweet vinegar, it’s a tartar sauce with Shibazuke, and it’s a tartar sauce with Iburigakko. I thought these fried whitefish were a little bit too small, but they fit perfectly with these buns. It’s delish. I’m so happy! Alright, I’ll go and fry about ten whitefish. I’ve fried fifteen whitefish. I’ll keep making more and more. I’ll try other tartar sauces. It’s tartar sauce with Shibazuke. It’s a tartar sauce with ginger marinated in sweet vinegar. It’s a tartar sauce with Iburigakko. The pink color is cute. The minced green onion is effective. It crumbles easily. There is too much minced green onion, which stands out from shibazuke. I can feel the smell of shiso(perilla) a little bit. The tartar sauce with Shibazuke is delicious, too. Next, I’ll eat it with tartar sauce with ginger. It has a strong ginger aroma. "Now ginger flavor is over green onion’s smell." It’s excellent! The crispy fries and fluffy buns go well with any kind of tartar sauce, Western or Japanese. It’ has a tartar sauce with Iburigakko in it. Wow! It’s great! I love it! I can smell a strong Iburigakko. "lots of feedback" It’s delish. It has a very smoky aroma. It has an ordinary tartar sauce in it. After all, the tartar sauce with dill tastes the closest to Filet-O-Fish. I’m happy that I add the dill into the tartar sauce. It’s delish. It’s tasty. Though all tartar sauces are delicious, I especially like the tartar sauce with Iburigakko. Iburigakko can be good nibbles for drinks. I’m going to make a luxury Filet-O-Fish. AND… It looks delicious. "I’ll be making more and more." "She continues to eat one after another." Alright. I’ll fry more whitefish. I fried another fifteen whitefish. I realize I haven’t tasted just the fried white fish, so now I will. I’ll eat it with the tartar sauce. I’ll eat it as it is. It’s delicious. It has a light flavor. This is a filling of Filet-O-Fish. It’s delicious. It’s excellent! The crunchy texture of the Iburigakko and the crispy texture of the fried whitefish are lovely. "The sound" sounds delicious. The ginger is effective. It’s delicious, anyway. The ginger goes well with fish. The tartar sauce with ginger is tasty. The bread is browned. It’s cute. Ouch! It’s too hot to hold it. It’s fresh and hot. It’s crispy. I’m getting pretty full. There are two more left here, and there is still some bread left in the bag that I haven’t opened yet. I wonder what I should do. I have 10 pieces of bread left, so I fried 10 pieces of whitefish. I’ll keep making more and more. Behold! I made the last Filet-O-Fish in a simple form. I steamed the bread the wrong way, and it turned out wrinkled. This reminds me of the old Filet-O-Fish. I’ll eat the last group of Filet-O-Fish. This will be the last! Finished them all~! The fried white fish that I used today has the same taste as one sold at supermarkets. You can make handmade Filet-O-Fish at home with the tartar sauce I made today, cheddar cheese, and bread rolls.
