Hello, today I’m making potato pancakes with cheese.
Step 1 Grind potatoes
Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces.
Grate the potatoes over a hand blender or food processor.
At first, add water to make it easier to grind.
The next time you add potatoes, you don’t have to add water to crush them.
Sift the potatoes through a sieve for about 10 minutes.
Step 2 Make the dough.
Starch is sunk at the bottom of the water that has been collected by straining the potatoes, so gently discard only the water above.
Instead of throwing away the starch, put it back in the grated potatoes.
Add a little bit of salt.
Mix well and complete the dough.
Step 3 Bake.
Grease a heated frying pan over medium heat.
Spread the dough thinly on a frying pan.
Place the mozzarella cheese on top of the dough.
Cover the dough over the cheese again.
Turn it over when the area around the dough is browned.
