モンブランはハードルが高すぎるので、丁寧に下処理できれば出来上がる栗菓子を作りました。
▶栗の渋皮煮
栗の渋皮をつけたまま砂糖みつで煮含めたもの。
作り方：ゆでて渋皮の筋を取り、砂糖みつで煮て、出来上がり。
という何とも作り方自体はシンプルかつイージー、ただ丁寧にそれぞれを行う必要があります。
秋の夜長に、読書しつつ作ってみるのも乙だと思いますよ。
▶材料
栗 ４００ｇ（正味量）/砂糖 ２００ｇ
重曹 小さじ １．５+１+１ / 水
