This video is about simmered fuki-no-agemaki. Grandma uses a set of Yasumaru dashi to season it. The dashi stock is rich in flavor, and it is possible to use the dashi stock alone in packs or by breaking it directly.

フキを油揚げで巻くって発想はなかったし、干瓢で2か所結ぶのも、母や祖母が昆布巻きの時にやってたの思い出しました。何ヶ所か結んでその間々を切ってました。
すっかり忘れてて、チロちゃんと同じく「へぇ～2か所…」と思い、間を切った時に「あっ！なるほど！」となりました🤣
