葉加瀬さんに本場のペペロンチーノ作ってもらった!

From now, it looks like Hakase-san is gonna cook us some peperoncino Just hide the camera and we’ll put this one on the secondary channel (of course we got permission tho actually..)–> i know how to make it now so its all good

Even if we dont get it then we can rewatch the video later so its all good lets try with chicken first right right okay its already looking good, its gonna get even better you like spicy stuff? ahhh i mean kind of yeah oh okay

People who like spicy food yeah they would put the seeds in cause the seeds are like really spicy this seems bout right and then we’ll put the rest in its like a 100 yen ($1) so its not good..

So like, italian food has a lot of garlic in it right but italians, unlike japanese people, cut the garlic in big chunks, not little ones its rather rough the way they like to do it damn okay okay so this is a good amount and size its more delicious this way

It will get flaky and with like an almost crunchy consistency We’ll fry this up nice and good wait no maybe its spicy enough lol you got like a big chinese type pot or something?? I guess a huge frying pan is good? ok we’ll take this boiling stock and save some

actually i would just put it in right away but its a bit of a pain in the ass so I’ll just leave some here for now just put it back here for now

If i leave it there bam its gonna hurt you gotta put in a buuunch of olive oil ohhh okay but you gotta put in the stuff BEFORE it gets warm sort of when its still room temperature “flambe” lol

So the point is to get all the aromas and flavors from the oil so you gotta watch it damn looks hard rather than this one the gas stove is better i guess but i think i got it i got it…. even with this one..? yeah yeah

So like you do it like this at home? i do it with gas in Japan but in London i got a electric one so i can do both hehehe its almost like “deep frying slowly” cant waiiiiit lol so this is it basically, peperoncino

So like just with this its enough to eat ehh really so like, dont put any meat or anything in it? no so like you can just make it all the time basically you can have it with slim udon noodles or something

So like the point is to try to get a light golden brown type color going ( きつね色 – fox color ) zooming in! a light golden brown turning down the heat a bittt oh shit oh shit this is good, yeah maaaan i wanna eat it!!

Even though im pretty full i really wanna eat it anyway haha like, i ate a lot actually lol the soup before was just too good you like stir fry it? no no im more like airing it so like yakisoba you dont fry it tooo much

Oooh looks so good hold up not quite finished yet Oh! Need a plate! yo yo yo watch out! so now we’re gonna put the boiling water stock from before so this mixed with the oil becomes kind of like a sauce dayuuuum so good

Simple but good Hakase-san’s special Peperoncino! Peperoncino Itadakiiiiino (itadakimasu means like “bon appetit”- a pun) UMAI!!! SOGOOD! even though its just got but a few ingredients so good tho

Like, garlic, oil, chili, thats it its like a basic meal, right i wanna eat it every day lol crazy good right crazy crazy ingredients are so few…yet…

Its like is basic so you dont think its gonna be such a good mean but the taste is DEEP its like the REAL pasta yeah man this shit is real thing!! so frickin good and then of course, go easy on the salt

But if you can cook this thats good doope this is happiness man damn we ate so quickly its already gone cause its so good! hey, uh, hey….uh yorai-san…. can we get these other noodles again though? what no peperoncino is wayy better though

But yeah we can’t get rid of [the other noodles] that easily we have to eat it (cause the soup is hard to throw out) oh but yeah you can just mix it i guess oh shit yeah lets try that out damn we really just devoured that lol

Even though it was kind of a lot it was like magic lol we look like cheaper by the dozen lol its not like “oh man im so full” or nothin either… we need moar!!! check it, i tried mixing these two it was pretty good

And now i guess we can just eat the “normal” noodles now like…olive oil… the amount like, its a bit much i guess… but like actually in italy its almost like juice though really haha they really use it a lot hakase-san, really, this was crazy good man i know right

So like, with the smell of the garlic, it becomes accentuated and its really delicious Im gonna make some peperoncino!! damn these two were just mad good but you got the idea right you know how to make it now?? this is enough i guess

So put it in…. normal temp…. looks pretty good lets go! HE GOT IT! Frappeccino!! Frappeccino?? LOL No no its good together yeah Sluuuuuurp its good but…. needs a little salt i guess ahhh i thought so!! Just a little bit though yeah Oh but yeah its good it looks good

Its totally good man Oh but for sure Hakase-san’s was better Itadakimasu yeah yeah its good yeah actually i didnt know the difference lol what no way! Oh but maybe its cause the oil is all at the bottom right…. lets mix it up yeah no its super good though

Oh maybe i just ate the salty part…? Hey everybody, just, try this. Take the noodles and dip them in the soup and eat it…I just tried it and its miraculously delicious i was waiting lol you were waiting for THIS its good yeahhh eat this eat this

We got it man, im dead when you finish now, i guess just make it into a set always (soup and peperoncino) for real though dip it in the soup and its fuuuuckin good yeah this was good man rightttt!!! *orgasmic voice* so good….so good

  1. やっぱりパスタ食べるならペペロンチーノだね~ほんと日本で言うなら乾麺の釜揚げうどんですね。ニンニクと唐辛子のパスタは別名貧乏人のパスタと言うらしいです、貧乏でも作れると言う意味と美味しすぎて食べ過ぎて貧乏になるという意味があるそうですよ。葉加瀬さんは佐賀方面にいく途中にうちの嫁さんが勤めていたラーメン屋にも見えたことがあって、体格が良くて気さくな感じの人でしたと言っていました。
