This time, I will introduce a recipe for a delicious bread arrangement filled with cheese and eggs.
This egg toast can be easily made in one frying pan.
This dish is very satisfying and perfect for breakfast.
There are some points in making this dish, so please enjoy it to the end.

Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients.
Here are the ingredients.
Bread, ham, sliced cheese, eggs, milk, mayonnaise, salted butter, small onions, here are the ingredients.
First of all, the bread, we will use 6 slices of bread.
You can use the thickness of this bread as you like.
And sliced cheese.
This time I want to add two slices lavishly.
One is melted cheese and the other is cheddar cheese.
You can have two kinds of cheese here or just one kind.
And the key this time is mayonnaise.
This is added to the egg liquid, but if you add this mayonnaise, it will make it fluffy and soft.
And then I’ll also add a little leek to accentuate the flavor.
So we will make it with these ingredients as soon as possible.

First of all, we are going to cut the leeks.
Going to use half of the leeks, so I think it’s best to cut all of them and use half of the leeks.
Cut off the root first.
Then cut it in half.
Now I cut it into small pieces.

Now I cut the ham.
Cut the ham in half.
Keep it cut like this.
Now let’s continue with the sliced cheese.
Cut the bag in half.
And this one, leave it in the bag like this until you use it so that it doesn’t melt.
If you have a refrigerator nearby, I would suggest that you keep it in the refrigerator.

This time, as I mentioned earlier, we will add mayonnaise to the egg mixture.
If you add the mayonnaise directly to the egg mixture, it will become lumpy, so you need to dissolve it in milk before adding the mayonnaise.
First is mayonnaise in a bowl.
And here is a tiny bit of milk first.
It’s really just a little bit.
And mix it well to avoid lumps.
If you add a lot of milk at once, this will also cause lumps, so be sure to add a little at a time and blend it in.
When it is blended like this, add a little more.
Then mix.
And add again.
And mix.
When it’s roughly between the shuffles, about the size of milk, add all the rest of the milk.
Then mix.
The mixture is then mixed with the egg without lumps.
Now, crack the eggs into the bowl.
Then lightly beat the eggs.
Once lightly beaten, add the mayonnaise and milk that you just combined here.
And mix well.
I’m using milk this time, but you can use water here.
Same amount for water.
Mix well in this way.

First put butter in the frying pan.
Then put it on the fire.
The heat is medium.
Melt butter once.
And once the butter is melted, turn the heat down to low.
Then pour in the egg mixture.
And after pouring it in, sprinkle the green onions here.
After sprinkling the green onions, place two pieces of bread.
Place the bread so that the ears are next to each other at first, then dip them in the egg mixture and flip them over.
The same process is repeated for the other side.
Place it like this with a little space in between.
Once flipped, return the heat to medium.
Then heat until the eggs are set.
Eggs have set.
If it leaves the frying pan like this, it’s ok.
Then I flip it over.
It has a delicious browning.
Turn off the heat once you flip them over.
Then fold this egg that is sticking out of the pan inside.
Have ho.
Fold in all four places.

Then put cheese on top.

I recommend 6 slices of bread, which is what I used in this case.
And the key to making the eggs, I added mayonnaise to the egg mixture.
The mayonnaise makes the eggs softer and gives them a more vibrant color.
If you add mayonnaise directly into the egg mixture, it will become lumpy, so be sure to dissolve the mayonnaise in milk before adding it.
When dissolving with milk, be sure to add the milk a little at a time to blend the mixture, as adding milk all at once will result in lumps.
And here’s the key to baking.
First, butter the pan, and when the butter is melted, pour in the egg mixture.
Then sprinkle the leeks and dip the bread first and turn it over after about 3 seconds.
When you flip this over, there’s still a little bit of space between the breads, well, maybe 1 cm.
Place them like this.
This will make it easier to fold it into a flap.
Now, when the eggs are cooked properly, flip over and fold the overflowed egg inside.
Now you can put the ham and cheese on top and fold it in and bake it until the cheese is melted.
I put two kinds of cheese this time, but of course you can use just one kind.
I only put one piece of ham in this recipe, but I think it would be more satisfying if you put two pieces if you like.
