½ cup Sliced Cucumbers
8-10 Sliced Strawberries
½ cup Blueberries
½ cup Chopped Candied Pecans or Walnuts
¼ cup Vegan Feta

Raspberry Dressing

½ cup Raspberries
3 Tbsp Soaked Cashews
½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Water
½ Tbsp Lemon Juice
