Place Camembert cheese in the center and fold it up, down, left and right. Wrap 3 more to cover the binding. Something like this. Now, put on the batter. Sprinkle brown rice flour around. Instead, you can use cake flour or rice flour. Pass the beaten egg and bread crumbs in that order. First, entangle the egg liquid all over. Next, apply bread crumbs. Also attach to the side. Let’s fry. If you use a small pot, it will be deeper even if there is less oil, and it will be easier to fry. I put 400ml of oil in a 20cm pan.
