Today I am taking you to one of my favorite breakfast spots here in Saigon. So it does serve bonire which translates to sizzling beef. Pretty much it translates to dodging beef actually. So you dodge the beef because it is served on a sizzling plate served with also an egg and partate and then also a big baguette and some vegetables on the side. This is generally how I like to eat it. I like to kind of make a hole inside my bread and then fill it up with all the ingredients. Then put some soy sauce and just uh take a big bite and it is honestly such a guilty pleasure but such a tasty and filling and hearty meal.
