Garlic Shrimps Special thanks to Mr Ishi Ii for the piano. We peel the shell of the shrimps from the center and it is easier to take it off through this way . It takes me a lot of time but it is worthwell. Now we cut at the back of the shrimp. Take off the dirt from the back of shrimps by using tooth sticks. We add some powder into it and it will make it easier to wash . Wash it about 3 times till the water gets clear. Make them dry by using kitchen paper. Now we peel off the garlic and cut off the head of them . Tips: when we have to peel off a lot of garlics , we can put them into a plastic bag and hit them hardly . You see ,most of them has been peel off ,and the rest of them is easy to peel off. We use the garlic press to make them soil like .This garlic press is bought from IKEA and I like it very much . We put the oil into the flat pan and put the shrimps into it . Fry them till their color has been changed into red. Then we add the oil and tomato sauce , fry them . Now we add the garlic and fry them .The main flavor comes from it . And we add some salt and mix them together. Then we add the shrimps and fry them together for about 1 minute. Now it has been done . It looks beautiful ,right ? Tips: you will success if you add plenty of garlic and it is the main flavor of this dish.
